These terms cover buying from Herbal Wonders and using this website. By placing an order or creating an account you are agreeing to them.
Orders
An order is confirmed once we accept it, not when you place it. If a product turns out to be unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund or replace that item.
Prices are shown in Egyptian pounds and include the product only; delivery is added at checkout according to the city you choose. We may change prices at any time, but never for an order we have already accepted.
Payment
Orders are paid cash on delivery unless we agree otherwise with you in writing. Please have the exact amount ready for the courier.
Delivery
We deliver to the cities listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees — weather and courier delays are outside our control. Someone must be available at the address to receive and pay for the order.
Returns
Because our products are food, we can only accept returns for items that are unopened and undamaged, and only if you contact us within 48 hours of delivery. If an order arrives damaged or wrong, tell us and we will replace it or refund it in full.
Wholesale And Pre-Orders
Pre-order and wholesale requests sent through this site are enquiries, not orders. We will contact you to agree quantity, price and delivery before anything is confirmed.
Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your account details private and for anything done through your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.
