When you place an order we ask for your name, mobile number, email address and delivery address, and we keep a record of what you ordered. If you create an account we also store your login details. Nothing else is required to buy from us.
If you subscribe to our newsletter we keep your email address. If you send a wholesale or pre-order request we keep the name, mobile number and quantity you gave us so we can call you back.
How We Use It
We use your details to prepare and deliver your order, to contact you about it, and to answer requests you send us. We use your email for marketing only if you asked us to, and every message we send has a way to stop them.
Who We Share It With
We share your name, address and mobile number with the courier delivering your order, because they cannot deliver it otherwise. We do not sell your details to anyone, and we do not share them for advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what is in your basket while you browse. Blocking them will stop the basket and checkout from working.
Keeping It Safe
Passwords are stored encrypted and never in plain text. Order records are kept for as long as we need them for accounting and returns.
Your Choices
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it — except for records we are required to keep for completed orders. You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
